Anthony Ruben
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ruben has significant financial, operational and international experience, including serving as CEO, CFO and COO of dynamic public, private and PE-owned companies, as the MD of a management consulting firm (growth & turnarounds) and as an investment banker. Tony has completed over 60 transactions ($2+ billion), including raising capital (debt and equity), domestic and international M&A and IPO’s. Uniquely combining operational expertise with strategic vision, Mr. Ruben focuses on smart execution and the maximization of enterprise value.

Tony has successfully led rapidly growing companies in healthcare, software and technology. A CPA and CGMA, Mr. Ruben, received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Gaines Hammond, Jr. MD FACS
Chairman of the Board

Dr. Hammond is recognized as an accomplished Urologic Surgeon, serial inventor and founder of numerous companies. He has demonstrated a high level of leadership skills in healthcare startups as well as Surgical Services transformation projects in large organizations.

Dr. Hammond created and led three companies to successful IPO. He is recognized with the design and development with Regulatory approval of the first US non-bathtub Shockwave Lithotripter. He has lectured internationally on a variety of medical advancement topics.

Dr. Hammond is a Board-Certified Urologic Surgeon, receiving his training and serving as Chief Resident in the Department of Urology at Indiana University Medical Center, his MD degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University. Dr. Hammond is CITI certified for Clinical Investigation in Humans.

Dr. Byron Hodge, Jr. MD
Director of Clinical Development

Dr. Hodge is a well-known Urologic Oncologist with over three decades of experience in sophisticated surgery and clinical research. A natural leader, he has been instrumental in implementing and ensuring best practices in his research studies and driving continuous improvement in his practice environments. In Urologic circles, Dr. Hodge is known as a surgeon's surgeon, a compassionate physician and a doctor devoted to uncompromising patient care.

Dr. Hodge served as the Principal Investigator for numerous Urological­ related research studies, he's published multiple scholarly articles and received several University appointments.

Dr. Hodge is a Board-Certified Urologic Surgeon, receiving his MD and training at Duke University, finishing as Chief Resident in Urologic Surgery. He completed a Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute. Dr. Hodge received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

Rogers Kirven, Jr.
Director of Business Development

Primarily known as a bottom-line business developer and strategist, Rogers has 25 years experience in negotiating, structuring and effectuating business growth. He and his teams have sponsored over 50+ private equity investments. These transactions have included acquisitions, growth capital investments, start-ups, turnarounds and exits. They have included public offerings and sales management buy-outs. He has been responsible for the review, valuation, and financial structure of companies in both the US and Europe, and completed over $4B in transactions.

Rogers has strong experience in healthcare, addiction recovery, education, counseling, insurance, media, custom manufacturing, distribution and convention services.

Mr. Kirven holds a B.A. from Clemson University and is a graduate of the Executive Program for Smaller Companies – Stanford University.
